Self-awareness is a superpower 🦹🏻♀️
Therapy work is all about finding your inner strength that does not depend on outside events and opinions of others.
You have it. But sometimes we need to do some work to find it.
Practicing self-awareness is where you start. Little by little.
What makes you happy, what triggers you, what brings you joy, what makes you angry...
Remember - it’s a process. Nobody is 100% self aware.
