Hey everyone 👋🏼

I am a mental health counselor / consultant. I offer a variety of mental health resources but the most popular is 'Speaking My Truth'.

Speaking My Truth is a one time noncommittal session that allows individuals to speak their truth. The session takes place over zoom and allows the individual one hour to openly, safely and freely speak their mind and release whatever built up feelings they may have. This session is not a time where the individual is judged or offered advice but rather a safe space to express their feelings.

The cost is only $50 and again is a time to safely express and explore oneself.
