That's the most common alter ego being fought daily.

Even the most successful companies are not immune to this dilemma.

You implemented a system and for some reason, it's not working.

❌Facebook mortgage leads suck nowadays?

Remember when Facebook used to give you 1 buck a lead? with great scores?

That's right, 1 dollar. 💸

A lead that answers your calls, has his/her savings enough and ready, also has a great score.

Fast forward to today's loud and noisy market, a 100-dollar, that is so expensive may not even guarantee you a sale or getting to answer your call.

If you're reading this and just new to the online lead generation game, this post does not mean to give you an impression and conclude that it's not worth trying anymore, please hear this out first.

Facebook has done a ton of changes, massive changes, especially in privacy and tracking permission amongst users.

Showing an upfront notification leads to the majority refusing to provide ( of course, who wants to be spied on? ).

😱Shockingly, whenever I ask mortgage brokers and lenders are whether they actively market to their database.

They usually respond...

1️⃣ No, should I be?
2️⃣ Yes, we have drip email sequences
3️⃣ Yes, we call our database every 6 months or so...
