3 SIMPLE TIPS TO KEEP YOUR HARDT ROTISSERIE RUNNING RIGHT 🔥

1️⃣ KEEP THE GLASS CLEAN
Grease and buildup on the glass doesn’t just look bad—it makes it harder to see your product and can become a bigger cleaning problem. Clean it regularly with the proper products and procedures.

2️⃣ DON’T IGNORE THE DOOR & GASKETS
Check your door seals regularly. A damaged or loose gasket can allow heat to escape, making the unit work harder and potentially affecting cooking performance.

3️⃣ WATCH THE ROTISSERIE DRIVE
Make sure the spit/rotisserie mechanism is turning smoothly and evenly. If you hear unusual noises, see jerking, or notice uneven rotation, don’t wait until it stops working during service. Get it checked.
