✈️ Etiquette...

💺 The seat belt light goes off and everyone JUMPS up like a fire drill!

😂 I never understood it.

Someone tell me why 🤌👇👇👇

Do you jump up when the plane hits the gate and the seat belt sign goes off?

Time is moving.. ⏳️

My nephew Carson will be 8 next month.

Go follow his pizza reviews and more

This is a reminder to move with urgency.

Do things right, with and do not postpone what needs to be done today.

Memento Mori (Remember Death)

This is to be taken in the context that we are all on a clock and we never know when it will stop. Therefore, we must take action.

What are you tackling this week?🫡

A guy from Jersey Trying to Leave a Legacy by leading with his heart.

What's Up Internet?! There are many titles that I hold. Firefighter, Fearless Leader, CEO, Presidente', Brother, God Father, Uncle & Friend. The most important thing to know about those titles is that no matter what you call me, I care about you. I've surrounded myself with family. Some may say that it's not a good thing but I say my circle of trust is stronger than yours. You'll be able to meet them all via a little website called YouTube. Just in case you don't know too much about me, I started in this business back in 1997, when I was in High School, Go Hawks! I've done every job within our family business from breaking boxes and sweeping shop floors, to putting inventory on shelves, customer service, billing and eventually the service manager seat. Fast forward to 2018, my role has once again changed! I've done something my father always wanted to do and that was break free from the service desk. It was not an easy transition and I felt a little lost the past year or so. Today, my mindset has taken a different course and I'm super excited for this opportunity. So, what is it that I do? Great question! Here's my focus:

1) People. I've begun doing one on ones with our office AKA care team to better understand what they are going through each day, how I can help and what improvements they believe will help us be better. I also want to know more about them on a personal level. Goals, Dreams, Aspirations! Even though I know many of them pretty good, I really want to know what they want out of life.
