Let me tell you about the hire I almost lost—because I didn’t lead her the right way.
My G. was perfect on paper.
Ivy-league education. Best answers in the interview.
I was thrilled to have her on the team.
And yet... we just didn’t click.
She didn’t connect with the rest of the team.
