Last Saturday, we gathered outdoors to welcome the summer season, perform a prayer tree ceremony, and embrace change with a guided visualization using the Tibetan Singing Bowls.

With each change of season, we are invited to learn from nature, which gracefully undergoes tremendous and powerful transmutations without complaining or getting attached to the previous season. This is a powerful lesson for all of us, as we often get attached to situations, physical objects, people, and even suffering, believe it or not.

Everything outside of us is in constant change, and we need to embrace the flow of life. Even this body that we have been given in this lifetime is in constant change, and we should embrace our evolving shell.

But who are we really? Our true nature is a completely different story. All sages agree that we are this presence that always is, beyond the body and mind. Once we awaken from this dream, we will realize that all is well. Few achieve this awakening, and many do not until they leave their bodies, but by being aware, we begin our journey to bliss.

Cultivating humility is incredibly important. I constantly remind myself that I know nothing. I share what works for me and encourage people to take in only what resonates with them. We are all here in "Earth School" to learn from each other and from our experiences, and we will only graduate when the time comes to leave this body. Until then, I pray to remain humble and to never think I am superior to any other human being. We are all equal, and we are all learning.

I have been blown away by how many times I have pulled this card in the past few months. I had never heard of Sophia, but within a period of two months, she appeared very strongly in a book I was reading. Since then, I have been repeatedly pulling the same card from the Rose Oracle deck (and by the way, I had no clue that there was a Sophia card in this deck!). I feel she is trying to get my attention. I do not believe in coincidences; I believe in synchronicities and how they guide us on our journey.

Sophia represents the feminine aspect of God and symbolizes the divine spark within all beings—the inner wisdom that seeks to reunite with higher spiritual realms. Her journey reflects the human soul's quest for enlightenment, self-awareness, and ultimate reunion with the divine source. She provides the wisdom needed to navigate the Divine Plan. Through her, we can gain insights into our purpose, the nature of our challenges, and the lessons we need to learn. In daily life, the concepts of Sophia and the Divine Plan encourage us to seek inner wisdom, embrace our spiritual journey, and trust in the larger purpose behind our experiences.

An important part of the sessions I offer at my home studio is what happens afterward. People mingle, hang out, chat, and build community. So many new friendships have been born after the sessions! I love all the connections that form and the laughs we share together.

When you sign up for a group session, don't make plans for afterward! Sometimes, sessions go over a bit (except the late evening ones), and you might want to hang out and enjoy the community atmosphere.

As human beings, we need moments of solitude to reconnect with our essence, but we also need moments of sharing with like-minded people. I cherish all the magic that happens when we are open to it and flow with the moment!

The beat of the drum resonates deep within me, connecting me to the rhythm of the universe. I feel its pulse reverberating in my core, reminding me of my natural rhythm—a rhythm I had somehow lost along the way. The drum reconnects me with it, guiding me back to the source, to a place of freedom and peace.

It is time we wake up from our dream, and we embrace the heartbeat of the cosmos and the infinite love that we are.

This month's cacao ceremonies are dedicated to our ancestors, those who came before us. Honoring and acknowledging them is crucial. Thanks to them, we are here on earth; every single one of them was essential. Mama Cacao will open our hearts to love and strengthen our connection with our lineage.
