Something that really stands out about Kibi Anderson's work is the way she helps leaders think.

She has a knack for cutting through the noise and getting to the real issue beneath whatever challenge an organization is facing.

Whether the topic is AI, leadership, communication, or burnout, she asks the kinds of questions that shift how people see the problem - and usually uncover solutions they hadn’t considered.

If you’re curious about her approach, she’s hosting two live conversations over the next few weeks that are worth checking out.

The AI Relevance Gap is a roundtable for leaders exploring what AI is revealing about leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational relevance. It’s designed as an interactive discussion rather than a presentation, bringing together leaders from different industries to compare notes on what they’re seeing and how they’re responding.

She’s also hosting Rested Rebel Summer Camp, one of the more creative leadership experiences I’ve come across. Why should summer camp end when you hit adult life? She thinks it shouldn’t and each campfire conversation explores a different, often overlooked cause of exhaustion - not through another productivity lecture, but through honest conversations with guests ranging from physicians and comedians (including Aida Rodriguez) to artists and adventurers. The result is a warm campfire experience that is equal parts insightful, practical, and unexpectedly fun.

If either topic resonates, I’d encourage you to join. I think you’ll leave thinking differently than when you logged in.

Fit beats fame. Every time.

That's what we shared with Corporate & Incentive Travel for their new feature on how planners actually choose speakers, in a conversation with our co-founder Luis. Worth saying louder here.

The biggest mistake we see is leading with a name or a topic before asking the only question that matters: who's sitting in those seats, and what do they need to walk away knowing or feeling? Get clear on that and the speaker search gets easy.

A recognizable name with a mismatched message will lose to a lesser-known speaker who speaks to your audience's lived experience. Relevance is the multiplier.

The other thing we pushed on: stop defaulting to the usual voices. Every topic has its go-to experts, and most lineups call the same ones. A subject gets more depth and more range when the stage includes perspectives that usually get skipped. Women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ and multicultural speakers who bring a vantage point the standard circuit misses. Audiences notice when a perspective feels new. So do the people deciding whether to come back next year.

Thanks to the Corporate & Incentive Travel team and Zach Chouteau, and to the planners and bureau leaders who shared the table on this one.

That's Aida Rodriguez on stage in the lead photo, one of the voices we work with.

AI can upgrade the workflow. Better leadership makes the change stick.

According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 58% of small businesses now say they use generative AI.

But adoption is not the same as advantage.

New tools can create speed. They can also expose what was already there: teams moving faster than their clarity can support.

That is why this movement needs both:

Bethany Crystal, Founder of Build First, helps teams move from AI hype to practical workflow through hands-on builder sessions. Drawing upon her experiences in building her own AI-powered operating system for one, she shows people how to turn real business challenges into usable AI-powered systems they can actually build and use the very same day.

Kibi Anderson, Emmy Award-Winning Storyteller, Executive Leadership Advisor, and Leading Voice on Curious Leadership™, helps leaders navigate what AI exposes. As speed increases, many teams default to assumptions instead of clarity, outsourcing thinking instead of strengthening it. She helps leaders replace assumption with inquiry so communication sharpens, decisions improve, and AI becomes a strategic advantage rather than a credibility risk.

If your organization is navigating this movement, get in touch to bring these two ArcVoice speakers to your next event.

Latin Icons. Trailblazers. Headliners.

These Latin Voices bring legacy, presence, and the kind of story that changes the energy in a room. That is what makes this ArcVoice Media lineup special.

📚 Aida Rodriguez brings Puerto Rican and Dominican perspective to the stage with the sharpness, honesty, and emotional range that made Legitimate Kid an award-winning memoir and expanded her voice across HBO Max and stages everywhere.

🎤 Milly Quezada is a true cultural icon, with a story so powerful there is now a movie coming out about her life this year. Breaking into a male-dominated music genre, her journey carries the kind of resilience and star power audiences do not forget, ultimately earning her recognition as the Queen of Merengue and a multiple Latin GRAMMY winner.

🚀 Pedro L Rodriguez brings a distinctly Latino lens to innovation, shaped by an award-winning career across transformation, culture, media, and emerging technology. He is the kind of speaker who makes big ideas feel current, relevant, and real.

If you’re building programming around Hispanic Heritage Month and beyond, build it around iconic voices that will stay with audiences long after the keynote ends.

Let’s connect and bring these speakers to your stages.

🧠 With Mental Health Awareness Month approaching in May, teams need more than wellness perks when work itself is wearing them down.

Encouragement alone won't fix a system that drains people. The strongest teams do not treat mental health as a seasonal talk. They address where friction is building and where people are losing clarity, energy, and agency.

ArcVoice Media is featuring voices who move this conversation into practical action:

💡 Kibi Anderson | The Clarity & Capacity Shift
Executive Leadership Advisor & Emmy Award-winning storyteller Kibi Anderson helps organizations identify the invisible breakdowns in communication and capacity that drive burnout and misalignment. Her session, “Rest is the New ROI,” equips leaders with practical tools to improve decision-making, protect capacity, and reduce friction across teams.

🤖 Bethany Crystal | The Agency Framework
AI Educator Bethany Crystal bridges emerging tech and personal well-being. By sharing how she used AI to gain agency over her own health (AI saved her life twice!), she gives teams a roadmap for cutting administrative noise and using technology to create more agency at work and in their well-being.

🧭 Aida Rodriguez | The Authority Shift
Comedian, author, and speaker Aida Rodriguez brings a grounded perspective on what it takes to overcome adversity without losing your sense of self. In “Finding Your Inner Authority,” inspired by her memoir, Legitimate Kid, she helps audiences move away from external validation and toward clarity, self-trust, and sustainable confidence.

The best mental health strategy is not a perk. It is a clearer understanding of how your team actually functions.

Ready to move from awareness to operational change? Let’s calibrate your May events with the right speaker.

🏳️‍🌈 Pride programming shouldn't expire on July 1st. 🏳️‍🌈

We have all seen the June cycle. Symbolic gestures, rainbow-washed logos, and messaging that disappears the second the calendar turns.

The strongest teams move beyond visibility and give people actual tools to lead, innovate, and advocate for one another all year long.

That is why we are proud to feature voices who pair real visibility with real substance:

🏈 Sam Rapoport: Change management expert and lifelong NFL executive, Sam delivers “Shattering the NFL’s Grass Ceiling,” showing how the league evolved from having no women in coaching, scouting, or officiating roles to becoming a global leader in gender inclusion.

🚀 Pedro L. Rodriguez: In “Leading at the Intersections,” Pedro shows how navigating life as a gay, Latino immigrant can become a blueprint for innovation, differentiation, and strategic insight.

💃 Miz Cracker: Through “To Be Real: Finding Your Voice,” Miz Cracker translates stagecraft into communication rituals that build trust, creative resilience, and everyday allyship.

❤️ Aida Rodriguez: In “Allyship and Pride: Build Trusting, Inclusive Teams,” Aida Rodriguez shares how losing her uncle to a hate crime shaped her commitment to real allyship and her roadmap for building trust and psychological safety.

The best Pride programming starts with a conversation and stays with people after the keynote ends.

Ready to move beyond symbolic programming? Partner with ArcVoice to calibrate your June programming with speakers who drive real impact.
