Today’s feels like the most painful it could get.

I have no positivity left in me, coughing blood, it’s hard to move around and my body is having a negative reaction to chemo.

I wish Ming didn’t have to witness me go thru this. Hell I know she’s scared s**t so am I.

Spiritually, Physically & Mentally I’m tapped!
So should today be my darkest day, I’m posting so I can look back to see and feel growth.

The next 6 months of chemo will be one for the books and I’m praying it leads to a bright healing outcome. 💜

Truth echoes repeatedly until we’re ready to hear it. Thank you for this powerful reminder.

The most expensive lessons are often paid in hope - believing someone would treat us differently than they treat others. I’ve spent countless emotional currency on this belief, watching red flags wave while convincing myself they’d never fly in my direction.

But here’s the plot twist: When we truly see people as they are, we give ourselves permission to choose peace over potential. It’s not about being cynical - it’s about being honest with what we witness.

Yes, this path can feel solitary. But I’ve learned that temporary isolation is better than permanent compromise of your peace.

2024 was a huge distraction & wake up call.

Learning lessons unexpectedly because I went rouge, went off course.

Everyone can go with you and truth be told it’s not your job to “Pull Adults” anywhere.

Those lessons while painful financially, emotionally @ spiritually.

Today, I am glad I learned there was some valuable classroom sessions.

It’s so important to trust the process. We don’t often realize how many opinions, projections, and suggestions we absorb daily—through simple observations, group conversations, or one-on-one discussions.

Having a strong sense of self and a clear understanding of your beliefs is key. It helps you discern which doubts, negative thoughts, or unhealthy feelings are truly your own—and which ones belong to someone else.

As we move into the holiday season, a new year, and a time of reflection, remember this: everything you need to move forward is already within you. And what you need will find its way to you if you’re doing the work.

Be intentional.
Be grateful.
Give hugs.
Show love that people can feel.
And most importantly, be kind to yourself.

I’ve come along way,

So many lessons,

Lows were uglier than I would have liked…however

It built me up for my highs.

I’m clear now I need to be detached completely for what no longer serves me, feels shady and disingenuous.
