They’re made from scratch w/ nutritious ingredients that come together in flavorful recipes inspired by our Syrian roots. Our journey from a kitchen in Syria, to a farmer's market in Austin, and now to stores across the nation, has been about infusing the meals of our past with modern flavors. Made in the traditional way with only simple ingredients, and no preservatives. The Falafel are available

in Traditional, Garlic & Herb, Turmeric, and Three Cheese varieties. With the exception of Three Cheese, all of the Falafel is dairy free, gluten free, soy free, nut free, non-GMO, vegan, and plant-based. The Kibbeh, a beef croquette made with a savory beef and bulgur wheat crust, is Halal, dairy free, soy free, and nut free. We want to nourish the community through more than food, although that’s a delicious start. Our goal is to provide the ability to share more of the world with loved ones while not having to spend hours preparing. To our customers, we share the gift of more quality time with the people they love, alongside delicious, authentic Mediterranean food. Afia, which means "to your health!" in Arabic, is a female-majority and minority owned business in Austin, TX.
