BOLD LEADERS | TIFFANY ELCYZEN
Ashley Lynn Photography is kicking off a new series called BOLD LEADERS—a feature highlighting the people in our community and surrounding communities who lead with purpose, show up for others, and make a difference in the lives of those around them.
And there was no question about who we wanted to feature first.
Meet Tiffany Elcyzen—a local Newcastle realtor, community advocate, and passionate champion for children.
These photos are from a session where Tiffany invited me into her world and gave me the opportunity to capture her as she is—her work, her heart, and the many roles she carries in our community.
I don’t just know Tiffany as a realtor. I trust Tiffany with something far more important: decisions that impact my children and their future.
As a member of the Newcastle School Board, Tiffany has a seat at the table where important decisions are made about our schools, our students, and the future of our community.
She believes in advocating for ALL children, listening to families, supporting educators, and helping create a school system where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
That’s what makes someone a BOLD LEADER.
Not simply holding a title—but being willing to show up, listen, advocate, and lead with purpose.
I’m excited to share more of Tiffany’s story, the woman behind the roles, and what drives her to continue showing up for Newcastle.
