Join us for our JUNE 2026 WEB - Women’s Empowerment in Business Networking Meetup! Our group's mission is to bridge the gap between traditional networking and community building by focusing on topic discussion that we can ALL relate to! As we learn and build a supportive business community, our resulting referrals will be more genuine, qualified, and successful!

Join us on June 1st from 6-8pm for a SPECIAL Feature with representatives from CT Paid Leave! "The Connecticut Paid Leave Authority is a quasi-public state agency that oversees the CT Paid Leave program in our state, after the law’s passage in 2019. This employee-funded program can be used to take time off work for any FMLA-related reason like welcoming a new child (through childbirth, adoption, or foster care) or caring for yourself or a loved one with a serious health condition. CT Paid Leave can provide up to 12 weeks every year of income replacement for those reasons. In this presentation, CT Paid Leave staff will discuss how to access, navigate, and apply for the program as it pertains to sole-proprietors and self-employed individuals." We are so thankful they will be joining our Networking group to guide us through the process of this very important and helpful option!

What a fun May Women's Empowerment in Business group! Balloons, branded toilet paper (yes, there was a reason for our topic!), a giant word search, and a lot of great discussion!

Thanks to Liliana for her hard work creating a unique atmosphere and topic for our May meeting! We brainstormed as a group the many ways that we've each marketed outside of social media - sponsorships, giveaways, vendor events, rack cards, bulletin boards, collaborations, and more!

It was great to see many faces we haven’t seen in a while and catch up! No matter when the time is right to come back to networking, we are so happy you chose to spend time with us! If I didn't tag you we just hit the limit, please comment below!
