It starts with a conversation. I got a phone call yesterday from someone in our community who was unexpectedly told that her mom could no longer stay at an assisted living community. She had a very short time frame to figure out what to do next. There is no blame here. Together we can find a clearer path. Thank you Jamestown Senior Center for hosting an incredible, resource-rich, Resource Fair at beautiful Fort Getty Jamestown RI today. It was so helpful to find so many diverse resources in one place. Thank you to Friends of Jamestown Seniors. It was a packed event and I saw so many familiar faces and met plenty of new people too.
