Good afternoon,
MREMA and the conference planning committee are so pleased you have chosen to attend our 2026 Annual Conference. We will have the energy of over 140 registrants and 13 vendors! Two full days with a great group of Property Management professionals to share ideas with and an opportunity to learn together while having a bit of fun too!
We are offering four full training tracks this year to meet the needs of your entire Property Management Team. We are pleased to continue offering Maintenance Leadership tracks.
Some important reminders as you prepare for the conference.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00PM.
Sunday River is a cash free resort.
Lodging and all conference activity will take place at the Grand Summit Hotel. Meals, full group sessions, and vendor tables will all occur in the grand ballroom, with the registration table located conveniently adjacent. Breakout sessions and activities will all be on the first floor of the hotel, including at the restaurant/bar, CAMP.
We look forward to seeing many of you for “Flannels and Funnies.” Do not forget to dress your most Maine! There will be awards for the most Mainely Mainers!
Sunday night registration will occur from 5:00PM to 6:00PM for those who are attending the dinner or anyone looking to avoid the registration table Monday morning.
The Sunday night dinner did require advanced registration. Please be in the ballroom ready for the buffet by 6:30PM, comedy will begin at 7:00.
Anyone who did not register for the dinner may choose to gather with colleagues at CAMP in the hotel. MREMA will provide appetizers from 5:00PM-7:00PM, dinner is available for order.
Some of our sessions are at capacity due to materials, you will be given a list of the sessions for which you registered, we ask that you keep to that schedule. Please inquire at the registration table if you have any questions or concerns.
As always, there will be a number of raffles, remember the more time you spend with our exceptional vendors, the better chance you will have to win one of numerous prizes!
We are putting away our dancing shoes this year and will try our luck at the tables! After dinner on Monday night there will be a Casino night at camp, there will be prizes available for the top three winners. Not into gambling? There is plenty of room for conversation or a game of Crazy Eights if that is more your style!
We made sure to keep your feedback from last year in mind during the 2026 conference planning. Below are some updates.
We heard from many of you that canned soft drinks would be a great option. We requested extra snack sponsors this year and received a great response. There will be soda and seltzer available with the daily snack. As always water, coffee, and iced coffee will be available. Iced Tea and lemonade will be served with lunch.
Our registration information indicated which style of rooms include a Murphy Bed to assist your organization as they made room reservations.
For those of you with dietary restrictions please let a Sunday River staff member know you are waiting for an alternate meal plated and ready to go if needed. They are unable to deliver directly to you in the absence of assigned seating. If you need help, the conference committee is happy to assist!
Room temperatures can vary greatly when spaces go quickly from empty to full, while we work with the Sunday River team on temperature management, we encourage layered dressing to assist in meeting the needs of those who run hot and cold! If you are having temperature control issues in your room please contact the front desk for assistance.
Please do not hesitate to stop a conference committee member at any time should you have questions.
