This awareness is what led us to create Sacred Transitions, a boutique retreat in Nepal especially for people who support others through change and are curious about their own inner movement.

Time in nature while touring Nepal, thoughtful conversation, ancient wisdom and space to reflect, guided by Simon Goland and myself in a place that naturally invites perspective.

𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀

I’ve been contemplating the word “transition,” as opposed to “disruption.”

Sometimes transitions really are disruptions like moving, divorce, a job change, a health crisis.
Something large and visible enough that other people can see it happening.
But more often, the transitions that shape us are internal.

Life looks the same from the outside, yet something subtle begins to shift inside.
It might be a readiness for a new professional direction,
a shift in family circumstances,
a relationship asking for attention,
or an inner call to explore more deeply.

These transitions are not necessarily disruptive.
They are not dramatic, rather they are developmental- pointing us toward growth, alignment, and potential.

Over 13 days in Nepal we will weave together:

לקוחה מהעבר יצרה קשר ורצתה לחדש תהליך עבודה אישי. היא בצומת החלטות מקצועית, לאחרונה גם נפרדה מבן זוגה, הילדים כבר גדולים והיא זכרה שלפני כעשור עבדנו ביחד עם תחילת התפקיד הניהולי החדש שלה. "אני עכשו במקום אחר" אמרה "אם פעם לא היתה לי דקה לעצמי, עכשו יש לי הרבה דקות פנויות אבל עדיין אין לי באמת פנאי לעצמי"
