Thank you Frank Galbraith and the leadership team at the Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library for allowing us to conduct our Active Shooter Response training to their staff. They had one of the best trainers in the Tri-State area in Steven Lane leading the session.

According to the FBI, active shooter incidents decreased by 50% compared to 2023.

The FBI defines an “active shooter” as one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area.

Today, the FBI releases the 2024 Active Shooter Incidents in the United States report to provide an overview of active shooter incidents and responses to help law enforcement, other first responders, and the public better understand the levels of threats associated with active shooter incidents.
