Don’t talk too much during a sales conversation.

One of the most powerful sales skills is knowing when to pause. Give your customer space to think, respond, and share what they really need.

A simple rule:
Ask a strong question… then listen longer than feels comfortable.

The more your customer talks, the more insight you gain — and the easier it becomes to offer the right solution.

Great salespeople aren’t just persuasive. They’re great listeners.

May is Apraxia Awareness Month 💙
At Bella Via, we believe every voice matters—and for me, that belief is also deeply personal. My son, Xavier, has Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and his journey has shaped not only my life as a parent, but also the heart behind this company.
Children with apraxia work incredibly hard for every word they speak. Their determination, resilience, and courage inspire me every single day. But this journey doesn’t just impact them—it also transforms the lives of caregivers and families.
As parents, we learn to adapt to a new way of living. We become advocates, therapists, cheerleaders, and students all at once. We celebrate progress in ways we never imagined, we learn patience on a deeper level, and we grow stronger alongside our children. It’s not always easy, but it is meaningful in ways that change us forever.
This month, we stand with Xavier and all the incredible children and families navigating Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Your strength, perseverance, and love are seen and valued.
