You can have access to training, tools, and support and still need to put in the work.

Why?

Because building a business requires skills.

You have to learn how to communicate.

You have to understand your audience.

You have to create meaningful content.

You have to become comfortable learning new technology.

And sometimes, you have to try something, realize it didn't work, and make adjustments.

That's part of entrepreneurship.

When I started my digital business journey, there were things I didn't know how to do.

I'm still learning many of them.

But I'm grateful for the knowledge I'm developing along the way.

So if you're exploring online business, don't focus only on the income possibilities.

Ask about the business model, startup and ongoing costs, risks, products, training, and responsibilities.

A good decision starts with understanding what you're getting into.

You're a mom, a wife, active-duty military, and somehow you decided to add entrepreneur to your responsibilities. 😂

Some days, I'm handling military responsibilities.

Other days, I'm managing school drop-offs, childcare, cooking, laundry, and everything in between.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, I'm learning how to build something of my own.

Is it always easy? Absolutely not!

But my reason is bigger than the inconvenience.

I'm building because I want more options for my family and my future.

Not because I have unlimited free time.

Not because everything is perfect.

But because I believe the things we want tomorrow require intentional effort today.

To every working mom building something on the side, I see you! ❤️

MONTH 10 OF 12! 🍂❤️

Can we talk for a minute?

Remember January 2026?

The excitement, the prayers, the goals, and the promises we made to ourselves?

Some of us said this would be the year we started a business, learned a new skill, improved our finances, or became more intentional about our future.

Now we're in October.

And I want to ask you something: What have you done differently?

I'm asking myself that question too.

I have goals I'm still working toward. I'm learning, growing, and building while managing my responsibilities as a wife, mother, and active-duty service member.

But I've learned that a new calendar doesn't automatically create a new life.

If we carry the same habits, fears, and excuses into another year, what exactly are we expecting to change?

We still have time to make progress in 2026.

Don't wait until January to become serious about something you can begin working on today.

What is ONE goal you refuse to carry unfinished into another year without at least taking the first step?

Let's clear something up.

Starting an online business doesn't mean:

❌ Money magically appears
❌ You post twice and become successful
❌ You quit your job next month
❌ Somebody else builds it for you

You're learning skills.
Marketing.
Communication.
Content creation.
Following up.
Understanding people.
Consistency.

And yes—sometimes learning how to keep going when something you tried didn't work.

That's why I don't tell people, “Just join and you'll make money.”

No.

Learn what you're considering first.
Understand the business.
Understand the costs.
Understand what's expected of YOU.
Then decide whether it fits your goals.
Education before decision. Always.

To the person who's been saying “I'm interested” for months... ❤️

I'm not here to pressure you into anything.

But I do want to challenge you:

Stop living permanently in “maybe.”

Learn.
Ask questions.
Understand what you're considering.
Then decide.
It may be yes.
It may be no.

Either answer is better than allowing fear to make every decision for you.

I didn't start building something online because I suddenly had plenty of free time.

Actually, my life was already FULL.

I'm a wife.
I'm a mom.
I'm serving in the military.

There are children to take care of, a household to manage, responsibilities at work and days when I'm simply tired.

So why add something else?
Because being busy didn't remove my desire for more options.

I realized that waiting for the “perfect time” could mean waiting forever.

So I started imperfectly.

And I'm STILL figuring things out.

Some things worked.
Some didn't.

Some days I was consistent.
Other days life happened.
But I'm still here.

That's why when someone tells me, “I want to do something different, but I don't have time,” I understand.

You may never suddenly FIND extra time.
Sometimes you have to decide what deserves a little piece of the time you already have.

You don't have to change your entire life today. Just stop abandoning the things that matter to you. ❤️

Can you believe we’re already in the tenth month of the year?

It’s wild, right?

I want you to take a moment and think back to January.

Remember all those goals you set?

The hopes, the dreams, the promises you made to yourself about what you were finally going to tackle?

Now, how many of those did you actually kick off?

I’m not trying to make anyone feel guilty here I’m right there with you, asking myself the same tough questions.

October is a gentle reminder that we don’t have to wait for another January to hit the reset button.

We still have THREE whole months left! Three months to dive into something new.

Three months to finally take that leap we’ve been too scared to make.

Three months to build our discipline. Three months to make choices that our future selves will be grateful for.

I’m on my own journey with my goals too; I’m still figuring things out.

But one thing I won’t do is step into another year expecting change while sticking to the same old routine.

So, what’s ONE thing you promised yourself you’d tackle by 2026 that you still haven’t started?

Today, I’m not asking God for anything. I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank You for life.
Thank You for my family.
Thank You for my children.
Thank You for protection.
Thank You for the doors You opened—and even the ones You closed.
Thank You for the prayers You answered and the things You protected me from that I never even knew about.

Life may not be perfect, and I may not have everything I’m praying for yet, but when I look back at how far God has brought me, I have more than enough reasons to be grateful. 🙏🏾

As I enter another week, I choose gratitude over worry, faith over fear, and peace over pressure.

God, thank You for everything. ❤️
