On this page, I offer Strategy advice and solutions on various topics. Yes many times people disagree with what is said and that is their right. My posts are meant to help encourage discussion and hopefully help people make better decisions…that is literally the goal. With that said, here is some strategic advice going forward the next 4 years. Create a healthy cash fund. History offers valuable insight and if we pay attention to what happened last time then we can form a plan around how to better prepare and respond to similar scenarios. Having a healthy amounts of cash has proven beneficial time and again. Cash reserves can guide you through being unemployed, having unpredictable events and if you are not directly impacted can allow for capitalization of opportunities such as a major sell off in stocks and real estate.

I haven’t posted in a while just because of the unhealthy division and hatred being expressed over the past year plus. First, I want to say Congratulations to those that believe they won. Yes, you all showed the world who you are and what you stand for. Neither myself nor anyone else you feel was against you will take away your accomplishments. We hope that you are blessed with literally everything that he and his leadership team told you over and over again what they would do beginning day 1. All we ask is for one very simple thing: if you and your family is negatively impacted by anything that happens from the people you voted for then do not complain, do not whine, do not ask for help and do not ask any of us to try and change those things impacting your life and family. May the 4 years grant you happiness, peace, prosperity and wellness.

Facebook has been taken over by Russian propaganda. They all repeated the same divisive propaganda. Sad that my fellow Americans are being pitted against each other and the hatred expressed is so vile. I know that it’s been this way since 2015 but at what point do we get to move past the hate and come together again. I pledge to be a better person towards others that don’t hold the same views. May we be a better nation come Thanksgiving.

This kid is a role model in today’s world.

"A little girl came up to me in Aldi. She handed me this fuzzy ball. I asked if she found this on the floor or if it was hers? She said, 'No, it's yours!' I said, 'Oh no, I didn't drop it!' She said, 'No, I'm giving out warm fuzzys to everyone today to make their day better!'

I looked around the corner and there was her mom beaming!
I told the girl, 'Thank you - you made my heart warm!'

She beamed and smiled! I later passed by the mom and said you must be proud." ♥️
