All three of my subdivisions, 2 projects, received unanimous approval for the preliminary site plans from the Town of Perryville planning commission last night I had to stand up and listen to a lot of banter from residents about existing deficiencies in the infrastructure around the projects but in the end these urban infill projects were fully supported by the town and many residents. I look forward now to completing the construction improvement plans and receiving final approval later this fall
