Summer is here and the heatwave is coming. Make sure your central air condensate lines are clear, and outside drain exits are not obstructed. When installing windows A/C units, always secure in the window with proper recommended tilt so, water has an escape to the outside and not down into your wall. If you notice ceiling water stains, you have a drain problem, emergency water sensor shut-off failure or, A/C unit catch pan problem. Give us a call, we'll make your claim process seamless.
