Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley and rye. Sounds pretty simple right? For those of us that have to follow a gluten-free diet, you know it is not that simple! Gluten is hidden in many processed foods and it is labeled under mysterious names. If you or a loved one is living a gluten-free life than you know support is the key. I am a trained Health and Wellness Counselor specializing in
