Total 180° from the last two gardens. This barren landscape is thriving in England's only "desert." A much "younger" garden, created in the 1980s by artist Derek Jarman that is a colorful and creative way to beautify a tough environment.

More evergreen structure, but whimsical... peacock topiary yews! Eccentric combinations of plant that play with height (trees and shrubs along with perennials and grasses), foliage color, and texture. Micro to macro!!
