We think some of our Hostile Activity Prevention may be useful here - discouraging the hostile planners rather than waiting for the attackers. We'd suggest shatter-proof security film on the display windows - with signs that inform people of this - and strong security presence at the door, conducting access control and Outer Circle prevention (deterrence by appearance - detection - exposing).

"Krenn’s congregation is not far from Temple Sinai, a Reform congregation recently vandalized with a sw****ka. That congregation had upgraded its camera system and, as a result, was able to catch the perpetrator. Krenn’s synagogue also recently bolstered its camera system."
