I am excited to share that Morgan Geospatial is changing/growing;

Finally, after several years of providing part time aerial UAS services as a side gig, it is time to expand my lifelong experiences in remote and autonomous, and actual flight too, with my passion for safer and truly flexible aircraft configurations. I have been dreaming about a specific fixed-wing VTOL aircraft design for so many years. There is much more to share at some point about this project's history and all the amazing and hard things that have led me to this point. In all of that Morgan Geospatial will now officially add drone engineering/design and manufacturing/production of its own proprietary airframes, and custom projects for others, to the services side of the business. MorgGeo will become an all-inclusive and cross-supportive business... still providing and hopefully even expanding aerial services with the increased efficiencies and capabilities that the new bespoke aircraft will provide internally and for others as completed products.

Amazingly, God has aligned things now... for such a time as this...... for me to have another chance to fine tune and really finish these designs. One of my favorite verses is the Bible is Proverbs 16:9, and the related teachings and encouragements there... As men we make plans in our heart, but it is the Lord who establishes our steps......... Amen!!

So I am indeed incredibly excited to share this news: I have been blessed to be chosen as one of just five companies/projects to participate in a focused development cohort at the Oregon UAS Accelerator out in Pendleton!!! The path that led me here and prepared me for this contains so many awesome stories and life lessons, but I will share those another time. Now, after all these years, I get to return to the roots of this design and my original heart's mission to complete these sub-scale sUAS/Drone versions first and prepare them for production.

I will be posting updates as things develop and I look forward to sharing completed designs and flight videos of those in the next few months as this program helps me succeed in the final details to bring them to market!! A huge and deep thanks and much appreciation goes to Joseph Wyno and his whole team out in Oregon, who have greatly encouraged me these past few months and have awarded me the honor of joining them there. Check out the program out there at the Pendleton UAS Range that hosts the Oregon UAS Accelerator programs. Joseph leads the group there and their teams and staff are there solely to support and grow and encourage all things UAS!!!

Had a GREAT time yesterday racing with Jake!!! Our 2nd race this season up at USAIR Motorsports Raceway. Thanks to FVSCC for hosting this event there to over 130 cars. Zach was able to come too, and see us having fun scrubbing tires :)

A nice display of Mammatus clouds prompted me to get the drone out. By the time it was up in the air they morphed quickly and it formed into higher systems to the south and west revealing the sunset behind this storm front last night. It seemed to park along Lake Labelle for a few minutes, revealing the sunset while hosting decent thunderstorms to the southwest of Ocon. Video shows the transition from the southern storms to the western sunset and clearing to the north. There was some scud forming and I think Altocumulus clouds to the north (right???), indicating the unstable air flows and rises, etc. More wonderful examples of God's earth creation and its beauty and power.

Happy Mother's Day to my amazing wife!!

Tina devoted herself to homeschooling our four kids and we are so blessed now as our family grows with four grandkids…… so far. She is the best grandma and is building a most wonderful and Godly legacy for them.

She has such a pure and unique creative boldness! I admire her heart for Christ, love for others, her deep empathy, and discipline in her study of God’s Word. She truly inspires me to grow and do the same.

A little comfort for the medical teams serving us all.........
Many of you have probably heard or have seen the story of the Boy Scout making "ear guards" to help take the strain from nurses' and doctors' ears with these simple little guard straps. Since I received a copy of that article from my good friend Riley Mayer we have joined this effort in producing them for our local/greater Oconomowoc area. We have one 3D printer in our small shop here at MorgGeo, but my full-time employer Goff's Enterprises, Inc. has been super gracious in allowing this part to be run on all three of our printers there at Goff's in Pewaukee. Together we are running approximately 250 a day and just started donating them to immediate local urgent care clinics late yesterday. We want them to be available to any and all medical, first-responder, police, fire...... anyone in our services that can benefit from these... so I'm putting this post out to help spread the word. I have also shared the part file with two more friends today who also have 3D printers and are ready to help too, including 9 year old Luke Nowak (Mukwonago Area), the son of a professional colleague.
