Now Hiring: Environmental Services Technician

Looking for flexible work or know someone searching for a new opportunity? One of our NSBA Cohort 8 businesses, ProVantage Facility Group, is growing their team and currently hiring Environmental Services Technicians.

This role offers part-time, flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help maintain clean, safe, and professional spaces throughout our community. No prior cleaning experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to enter the field or build new skills.

Pay: $14–$18/hour (based on experience)
Flexible scheduling available
Evening and weekend availability required

Selected participants will take part in a six-week training program before pitching their businesses live for a chance to win up to $2,500 to support business growth.

Last week, we brought together the newest members of NSBA Cohort 8 and alumni from previous cohorts for an evening of connection, collaboration, and community. One of the most powerful parts of the accelerator is the network of entrepreneurs who understand the challenges, opportunities, and realities of building a business.

Our alumni have walked the path, learned lessons along the way, and continue to show up for the next generation of founders, while still navigating the challenges of sustaining their ventures. Our past and current cohort members had the chance to share business insights and resources to build new relationships, making the evening a reminder that entrepreneurship doesn't have to happen in isolation.

Thank you to our NSBA alumni for pouring into this year's cohort and to our Cohort 8 founders for bringing fresh energy, bold ideas, and a willingness to learn.
