OUTAGE ALERT - Microsoft is experiencing worldwide outages right now. We're seeing multiple tenants having issues with logging in and accessing applications. Microsoft issued a statement about three hours ago stating they are investigating the issue. The recommendation is to wait 10 minutes and refresh or attempt to log in using another browser. Clearing your cache might also be a good idea.

Microsoft spent $10 Billion on AI. Here's where that money went. Introducing Microsoft CoPilot - OpenAI's chatGPT integrated with your Microsoft 365 productivity applications. This video provides a closer look into what CoPilot can do for you in various applications so that you can get your wheels turning on how this new tool will best be utilized by your practice. In the coming months, Microsoft will be releasing CoPilot in apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more. There is no word yet on pricing and licensing. Personally, I have been using OpenAI's chatGPT since its release last November, so, I'm super excited about this tool's integration with the M365 productivity tools, and I'm even more excited to create more videos for YOU about the best ways to harness the power of this incredible tool!

Last night, I spent an intense 20 minutes in my tornado shelter, which likely wasn't built to handle two giant Great Danes and a family of 3 humans. You can imagine the wrestle-mania that took place to get the Great Danes into the tornado shelter moments after the sirens sounded. My daughter captured this photo and at this moment, I was thinking to myself, even if my home office is destroyed, my case and client data are 100% protected with OneDrive. This business owner and the rest of Tornado alley are thanking you today, Microsoft.

P.S. We're safe, folks! But many around us have lost everything. Today, we clean up, we heal, and we wait for next week.
