In today’s work culture, perseverance, diligence, and creativity are excellent strengths to curate and develop throughout your career. These can lead to promotions, recognition of accomplishment, and other goals. What is often overlooked is the ability to end methods, responsibilities, and efforts that weaken you and your team.
