• 1:1 client sessions
• Ongoing support from a BCBA
• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• PTO accrual
• Growth opportunities for those interested in pursuing BCBA certification
• Pay: $23-$25/hour

The Hardest HR Conversation I Ever Had

Early in my career, I faced one of the toughest parts of HR - having to address a serious performance and conduct issue with a well-liked, long-term employee.

It was uncomfortable, emotional, and stressful.

But I knew the only way through was with clarity, honesty, and empathy...and that moment changed how I lead.

I learned that when conversations are grounded in truth and compassion, they can build trust - even in the hardest situations.

I am so excited! I FINALLY get to do a project I've been dreaming about for almost 20 years...eureka! Ok, so nerd alert incoming 😂

I've always wanted to implement a competency model that can be used for hiring, onboarding, training, assessment, and creating meaningful development pathways for employees. It is the mecca of my field and something I've pitched to every company I've worked with. Unfortunately, there wasn't the budget or time available...until now! Now that I own my own company, that is 😁

One of my clients not only understands the value but is invested in the outcomes that will ultimately come out of tying competencies to all phases of the employee lifecycle.
