📣 Important Update: Changes confirmed with Hyatt Inclusive Collection 🏨✈️
Hey Travel Fam! 👋
Here to keep you in the loop about some major changes happening with Hyatt that may affect your future vacation plans — especially if you’ve stayed at or are considering staying at one of their all-inclusive resorts.
✨ Hyatt has officially completed a major acquisition and is now operating under the Hyatt Inclusive Collection umbrella. As exciting as this is, it also brings some changes to resort branding and affiliations. Here’s a quick breakdown to help make sense of what’s changing (and what’s not):
🔹 No Changes — Business as Usual
These resorts remain as-is for now and continue to deliver the same amazing service:
• Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Rose Hall (Jamaica)
• Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Cancun (Mexico)
• Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana & Zilara Cap Cana (Dominican Republic)
• Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos & Ziva Puerto Vallarta
• Jewel Grande
• Seadust Cancun
🔸 No Immediate Changes, But Likely Rebranding in 30–90 Days
Stay tuned — these may have new names soon, and I’ll keep you posted:
• Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana
• Wyndham Alltra Samana
• Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen
❌ No Longer Part of the Portfolio (Effective Dates Noted)
These resorts are no longer included in the Hyatt Inclusive Collection:
• Sanctuary Cap Cana – June 6
• Kimpton Tres Rios – June 5
• Paraiso de la Bonita – June 12
• Wyndham Alltra Vallarta – May 31
🔄 Currently Rebranding — New Names Already in Effect
These resorts are keeping their locations but now operate under different branding:
• Hilton La Romana → Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa
• Hilton La Romana Adult → Secrets La Romana Resort & Spa
• Hilton Rose Hall → Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa
• Hilton Playa del Carmen → Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen
• Wyndham Alltra Cancun → Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa
It's a DONE deal — and if you have a reservation with either brand...here’s what you need to know right now:
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR TRAVELERS:
🔁 Some Hilton bookings are being transitioned to Hyatt systems — which may impact your room type...rate or even hotel name.
🎯 Loyalty Program Changes – Hilton Honors members may see updates to point balances.. elite status or benefits. The World of Hyatt program will become the dominant platform moving forward.
🧾 Keep All Confirmation Emails & Receipts – Screenshot everything! This is key in case you need to reverify your booking or benefits.
📞 Call the Hotel Directly –BEFORE travel- Don’t rely solely on apps. Speak with the front desk team to confirm your reservation and what’s changed (if anything).

If you booked your trip through Soyelle Travel, I’ll personally make sure your reservation is updated and honored for my personal clients.
🎁 Still Traveling Soon? Double-check your itinerary, app reservations, loyalty status and options to rebook or upgrade while rates are still stable.
