Overflowing closet--items had piled up in multiple areas. We pulled all of them out so we could go through it all and decide what to save, what to donate, and what goes elsewhere in the house. Bags of shoes and clothes were donated, plus we filled a laundry basket of items that had been hidden away when guest came over. It's amazing how much progress you make when you have someone else there to help go through it all. 🩵

Before and After photos are not always dramatically different. This bathroom cabinet was emptied out--old medicines were thrown out, similar items were grouped together, and items no longer needed but still useful to someone were put in a donate pile. It's all about that progress 🩵

Decluttering is an ongoing process. Items come into your home frequently, which means items should periodically be leaving your home. 🩵

I love finding hidden gems with clients because they get excited seeing a blast from the past! Sometimes they are treasures to keep and other times they are ready to pass them on so others can enjoy them.

I gently remind clients—you don’t have to keep the items to keep the memories 🩵

Storage Room Reset—After

There is so much more open space now! Christmas items put in one corner, keepsake boxes stacked together, lots of items pulled out for a garage sale, others thrown out as needed, shelves easy to reach, plus now empty space to stack up other seasonal tubs. All of this completed on just a few hours 🩵
