Join the team at South Plains Waste Service, LLC! Located out of Muleshoe, TX. We are seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our waste management team as a Driver in the Muleshoe area. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be proficient in leading side-load trash truck operations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead side-load trash truck operations
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned vehicles.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Valid CDL with clean driving record.
* Experience in operating roll-off and front-load trucks preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Physical ability to lift and move waste containers as required.
Benefits:
* Company-provided phone for work-related communication.
* Aflac TeleDoc service available for all employees.
Compensation:
* Hourly pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience.
* Opportunities for overtime hours.

South Plains Waste Service in Olton is accepting applications for Secretary. Position is Monday-Friday 8-5.
