A common misconception about evidential mediumship is that spirits only communicate during a formal reading. In reality, they utilize the physical world around us to drop subtle, unmistakable "calling cards." Because they operate at a different vibrational frequency, they often use electricity, nature, repetitive numbers, or sudden, unprompted memories to let us know they are present.

These aren't coincidences—they are deliberate micro-connections.

Grief and healing have a strange, nonlinear way of weaving themselves together.

When my biological mother passed away seven years ago today, a piece of my heart was entirely ripped out. It was a profound, shattering loss that forced me to navigate a deeply complex layer of my own story. Yet, even in the absolute heaviest moments of human sorrow, spirit and the universe were quietly orchestrating a profound moment of alignment.

Through her passing, I was brought face-to-face with my brother and my aunt, meeting them for the very first time. Out of the ashes of that immense grief came a beautiful, unexpected bridge—a connection to a piece of my history, my blood, and my family that I hadn’t known before.

As a medium, I am reminded daily that love never dies, but living through this reminded me just how deeply the invisible threads of our lives are always being held and guided. Loss can break us open, but it can also make room for the very connections meant to help us heal.

To anyone navigating the complex, bittersweet waters of loss, family, and reunion: I see you, and I am here to help you bridge the gap between this world and the next.

Healers need healing, too! ✨

I talk a lot about the importance of regular energetic maintenance, and I certainly practice what I preach. After visiting Mettā Physical once a month for over two years, I stepped back into her space today—and it was exactly what I needed to keep my own instrument in tune.

Getting that energetic tune-up from someone I trust completely is so vital for keeping my own cup full so I can show up fully for my path. I am incredibly grateful for her space and her dedication to alternative holistic healing.

This photo only shows a glimpse of the room, but the energy in the space was absolutely massive! I had the absolute privilege of being invited to deliver gallery readings last night, and I am still buzzing from the experience.

Delivering messages of hope, closure, and validation to a room packed with so much love and openness is exactly why I do this work. Thank you to every single person who attended. Spirit truly showed up for us! 🙌🕊️
