❓Who could benefit from non-medical home care?
When people hear “home care,” they often think of seniors—but home care can support individuals of different ages and circumstances.
Home care may be a great option for:
Older adults who want extra support while continuing to live at home
Individuals with disabilities who may benefit from assistance with daily activities while maintaining independence
Individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities who need support with routines, community involvement, or everyday tasks
Someone recovering from an illness, injury, or hospital stay who could use additional help during recovery
Individuals who need help accessing their community, whether that means appointments, errands, shopping, activities, or social outings
Someone who can live independently with a little extra support with meals, household tasks, personal routines, or other daily needs
Families and caregivers who could benefit from additional dependable support for someone they care about
There isn’t one type of person who benefits from home care, and there isn’t one type of care that works for everyone.
We believe support should be built around the individual, their goals, their routines and the life they want to live. 💙
