In the past I would argue the point of what a dollar could do. But after placing more VALUE and a priority on my time, health, marriage, kingdom mission, and life...cents didn't begin to make sense.

How many time have we complained about wanting to change the doctors report, release weight, better body, more joy, or have a better relationship? But never made consistent positive steps to achieve the best. How much has staying the same cost you?

Unhealthy + No Change + Stress = Expensive (cost)

Freedom is something one VALUES, deserves and places an importance on, and WORTH!

Health + Results + Peace = Priceless (value)

What if...you weren't exhausted by 3:00 pm?

What if...sugar, sweets, redbull, and soda didn't have a control over your life?

What if...detoxifying your body IS the answer?

What if...you could release the weight you have been trying to lose for years?

What if...intermittent fasting to remove toxins did not equal starving or running to the bathroom?

What if...you could be free of cravings, improve sleep, and increase ️energy?

What if...you could FINALLY get rid of that belly fat that never seems to go away?

What if...you had better digestion?

What if...you could gain lean muscle, clear your skin, and grow hair! (lol)

What if...you had nothing to lose by trying?

What if...you lived your best life?

What if...this was the ONE thing that would work and you NEVER tried it?

I struggled in this area for so long.

Being busy people pleasing had me wanting so much for others....that I was distracted from strengthening my gifts and challenging my weakness. Distracted led me to lots of heartache, emotional eating, stress, and skipping physical fitness....then BOOM 88lbs overweight, adult acne, alopecia, and stomach ulcers crept in like a thief in the night! 😂

I choose selfcare (mind, body, spirit) to be able to pour love, health, hope, and freedom into others without haste, fear, or judgement!
*
Selfcare to serve from a deep place of compassion. Selfcare because spiritual enlightenment pulls you to lose the ego. Selfcare because WE must be the living example.
*
Selfcare because prosperity and abundance starts with a new mindset. Selfcare because it makes one breakup with busy and see people pleasing for what it is (fear).
*
Selfcare because our bodies, how we speak, think, and our lifestyles are a reflection how we feel about ourselves. Selfcare because you are the reflection of the God who dwells in YOU.

Selfcare because my is bound to fail without Him.
