Meet Madison Debs, K9 Handler & Team Lead. 🧡
“We are the boots on the ground. Without the K9s and their work, there is no Global.” Madison has trained dogs her whole life, and her first K9 Athosz made every dog since easier.

🥇 Sage Wolcott & K9 Una: 1st Place
🥈 Shane Ladden: 2nd Place
💪 Chris Anzules & Brian Adams: competed against a strong 10-team field, including Auburn PD and Cobb County PD

Teams were tested on physical power, cognitive strength, reaction time, K9 first aid, and timed explosive detection across stadium seats, rooms, luggage, and a “dirty room” rigged with trip wires, pressure plates, and motion sensors. The goal: find every explosive with zero false alerts and zero triggered traps.

Nobody ran a perfect search. Points decided it, and GK9 finished on top. 🧡🖤

Proud of every handler and K9 who represented us.

Great working dogs are built through more than instinct. They are shaped through training, trust, control, and an extraordinary partnership with their handlers.

Meet Rocky. 🖤
Western Kentucky’s first fi****ms detection K-9.
16 months old, full-blood black Lab out of Auburn University. He trained under Global K9 with Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Dean Clark and just went to work in time for the school year.
What can he do? Tell if a person is armed. Find spent shell casings. Track down a tossed fi***rm. He’s so good they’re now teaching him when NOT to alert.
See him at the schools or an event? Smile and wave. 👋

Most young trainers never get their hands on 100 dogs. Ours do.
Meet one of the trainers building real experience at Global K9 Protection Group. When we say we invest in our people, this is what it looks like, hands-on work with working dogs and growth that’s hard to find anywhere else in this field.
We’re hiring. If you’re serious about a career in K9s, the link in our bio is your next step. 🐾

🚨 CONTROVERSIAL OPINION 🚨

Canine detection beats any scanner on the market.

From explosives and narcotics detection to cargo screening, border security, and critical infrastructure protection, detection dogs continue to prove why they’re one of the most effective security assets in the world.

Technology has its place. But when accuracy, mobility, and real-world performance matter most, a highly trained K9 is hard to beat.

🐕 Agree or disagree?

Most recruiting posts try to convince you.
This one is trying to filter you out.

We don’t need more applicants. We need the right employees. So before you ask about pay, schedule, or benefits — answer the five questions inside.

If it’s yes to all five, we should talk. Comment “APPLY” below or hit the link in our bio.

GK9 was built to work, not to look impressive. If that standard appeals to you — welcome to the work.
