Happy new year! I've always been a big fan of resolutions and resets, and if organizing your space is on your list, don't get overwhelmed!

I bet you have a bag of old cords somewhere in your space, and you have no idea what they go to. I challenge you to start with that one bag. Figure out which cords you might actually use again, and throw out the rest!

The success of the OBES Free Uniform Swap - Public Event prompted me to recall one of my favorite clothing decluttering hacks!

At the beginning of the season, all hangers should be turned the same way. As you wear a piece of clothing, simply flip the hanger when you hang it back up. It's a tangible way to see what you've already worn, and encourage you to wear those lesser used items in your closet.

At the end of the season, take a hard look at those items that went unworn and consider moving them to a sell or donate pile!

This client wanted to declutter her garage before a move, but was overwhelmed with anxiety at the very thought.

Orange Beach Organized was happy to come to the rescue, and in just under two hours we separated out a whole wall of suggested items to purge, and also packed up the rest of her garage for the move!
