Ice Maker Isn’t Working

Commonly, it is probably because of a bad temperature control in the freezer. The ice maker motor module may have seized up and needs to be replaced. Another likely culprit could be a clogged water inlet valve or water fill tubes. There are also times when the ice maker may produce ice cubes that smell bad, or it is working way too slow.

Dave G. The main problem is that manufacture do not instruct customers to clean condenser coil at least once a year!!
Condenser coil can be clogged by dust, grease, animal hair that’s why by the time many parts like (condenser fan, evaporator fan, motherboard) can be broken because of compressor overheat if the coils are not clean! Condenser coil.
Market price for Clean service is $180 for side-by-side or top to bottom fridge or $225 for the build in refrigerator.
