📢 A QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT FROM BIG ANDY 📢
Hey everyone! First off, thank you for the overwhelming support. Stewart's Appliance Repair has been growing faster than we ever imagined, and we are incredibly grateful for every customer who calls, messages, buys appliances, or trusts us with repairs.
As we continue to grow, we need to make a few adjustments to better serve everyone.
Starting immediately, our company phone line will go to voicemail after 5:00 PM so our secretary can organize calls and make sure nobody gets missed. Like many of you, our employees and I have families, responsibilities, and personal commitments outside of work. I also have duties to my family, church, and faith that are important to me.
Even Big Andy needs to catch his breath every now and then! 😅
We will still have an emergency after-hours line available for refrigeration emergencies. This dedicated number will be used primarily to dispatch our refrigeration technicians for emergency service after hours or on weekends. Please note that after-hours and weekend service fees will apply.
We have also received a huge increase in calls from people wanting to sell appliances. We are working through a large list as quickly as possible. If you need to sell sooner, we are happy to recommend other places that may be able to help.
A special shoutout to Brittany, our secretary, who has been doing an amazing job helping keep everything organized and making sure our customers are taken care of.
We appreciate everyone's patience as we continue growing and making improvements behind the scenes. Good things are coming, better organization is coming, and BIG things are on the horizon!
