• I’ve made many mistakes in my life, but going to the stupid game night 8 years ago was not one of them. I hated game nights as a single man. Truly.

• But when a good friend invited me for one to get to know her roommate, I decided to go. After Facebook stalking a bit, I thought “yeah she’s pretty, let’s see what happens”.

• going to that game night was not a mistake because I got to know Roxanne. The rest, my friends, is history. We’ve been together ever since.

• she’s not perfect, but neither am I. She’s got flaws, but so do I. But damn it, dating, marrying and having children with her has been the BEST decisions of my life.

• as we go through thick and thin, between a rock and a hard place and deal with all the *crap* the world has given us, she stays by my side lifting me up and at times breaking me down so I can become a better man, husband and father.
