Our recent trip to Mérida, Mexico was about much more than recruiting talented soccer players, it was about connecting with families, evaluating character, building relationships, and identifying young women who have the potential to thrive both on and off the field.

We were honored to represent St Margaret's School in Victoria, British Columbia, one of Canada's premier all-girls independent schools, while meeting with athletes, coaches, club leaders, and families throughout the region.

Every conversation, every match, and every interaction reinforced what we believe at Legacy Consulting & Sports Management Group: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not always accessible.
