Pre-Closing Inspection on New Construction

During a new construction pre-closing inspection, we check that builders have not made any oversights in the quality of the construction before the final walk through is completed. This ensures that the home is defect-free and completely safe.

Pre and Post-Rental Inspections

We offer both Pre and Post-Rental Inspections to keep both the owner and tenant on the same page at the time of move-in and move-out. We provide a report of the existing damages in the home before the new tenant moves in, and this can be used to officially detail whether new damages have occurred during the tenant’s stay.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection

Our Pre-Listing Inspection can help home sellers by ensuring that their properties are appealing and free from damages before potential buyers see them. We do the inspection before the home is listed, allowing the seller to update and repair the home as needed before they show it to potential buyers.

Lots of people have purchased their home without having a punch list done. This is undoubtedly a big mistake as they only come across the problems after living in the house in the weeks & months afterwards. e.g. Door handles falling off, doors not closing properly, cupboard doors uneven and loose, floors uneven, leaks in pipes, shower weep holes blocked, showers or sinks not draining, gutters broken, window sills not level, tiling & grout pin holes, woodwork not sanded etc.

Do you really want to have workmen in your brand new home after you have fully moved in repairing the problems and creating dust and mess, sanding walls and woodwork, fixing leaks, taking up floors etc and you also having to take time off work? No…. I didn’t think so!

That is why it pays to have your home professionally punched for total peace of mind.
