Legacy DNA

Legacy DNA It’s a lot of work. If you’re a healthcare leader trying to commercialize an innovation, you might be facing a whole different set of obstacles.

Dr. Roxie is the force behind Legacy DNA Marketing Group, an award-winning digital marketing firm & “COIQ With Dr. Roxie” – a first-of-its-kind podcast where health innovators, early adopters & influencers discuss healthcare innovation experiences. Fueled by decades of industry exposure and life-long study, Dr. Roxie created Legacy DNA and “COIQ With Dr. Roxie” to address a volatile and rapidly ev

olving healthcare market, while also feeding a growing desire to improve the lives of those who benefit from that same market: the patients. Legacy DNA is a company that believes when intellect and inspiration are brought together, powerful product and service stories are born… stories that go far beyond telling your customers and stakeholders who you are and what you do. Healthcare companies are faced with commoditization and changing market conditions like industry reform and advances in medicine and technology on a near-daily basis while navigating an environment that is highly complex and filled with uncertainty. Dr. Roxie recognized this struggle. She wrote the book – literally – on How Health Innovators Maximize Market Success, and then she took it a step further and developed “COIQ With Dr. Roxie.”

“COIQ With Dr. Roxie” is a first-of-its-kind interactive podcast that gathers health innovators, early adopters, and influencers to participate in candid discussions about their healthcare innovation experiences. She brings the voices of those who’ve been through the healthcare innovation commercialization gauntlet right to you, the listener – the healthcare innovator. There’s a lot that can go wrong if you’re not prepared and data shows approximately 95% of new product innovations brought to market fail to reach an adequate level of customer acceptance and financial performance. Let’s face it, it’s impossible for an innovator to know or do everything. Entrepreneurs have a lot on their plates and internal marketing teams don’t usually have the bandwidth or the commercialization expertise to successfully bring a product to market. And that’s why we’re here: to give brands the tools they need to survive in a rapidly changing marketplace, to help solve the healthcare commercialization gaps, and to ensure health innovators can successfully bring their products to market. Creating a legacy means making a lasting impact. Are you ready to create yours? Schedule your free 20-minute strategy call today at www.legacy-DNA.com.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀? I shared some thoughts on this back in April,

And I’m here to share them again because: some things are worth revisiting!

So, I had a conversation with Jason Mellad from Start Codon and we

discussed considerations and strategies that lead to commercialization success.

And here’s what we figured out:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟯 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲:

1. Understanding there’s an unmet need, and what that need is
2. Demonstrating you have the passion and drive to deliver a solution for that need and
3. Having a team that can execute and deliver the solution

Because even though we all want to be superhero innovators,

especially in the early stages

Sometimes investors and customers aren’t looking for FLASH

They just want someone who has done the research

And knows their competitors inside and out.

So how about you? Did you try to be a superhero or did you do all the grunt work first? I’d love to know! Comment below! ⤵️

It’s not often you come across a quote that makes you stop in your tracks.

And when I do run into these gems, I will re-share it as often as possible.

So, here’s another oldie-but-goodie I shared back in August of this year.

Why do I think it’s a great quote?

Because it gets to the heart of ‘leaving your mark.’
