New podcast episode! Developing Healthy Friendships: 3 Types of Friendship

Listen in to learn about the 3 types of friendships and how you can develop more connected friendships as a business owner.

As an entrepreneur who strives to run a healthy business and is in constant personal growth, have you found it difficult to develop friendships that are based on more than conversations about current events and fluff?

To have depth in relationships, you need friendships where each one of you is advocating for one another's values and supporting each other through personal growth and struggle.

Trust is earned. Respect is freely given.

If you’re not already operating in this belief system - I’ll prove to you why it’s more true than the alternative that many subscribe to - “Trust is given. Respect is earned.”

But first, what is respect and how does it differ from trust?

In this blog post, I’m sharing how to leverage trust for happier and healthier relationships.

Relationships start and end all of the time. Most of us enjoy the experience of connecting in relationships but dread even the idea of a relationship ending - especially if it involves conflict.

Part of being a well-adjusted adult is knowing under what circumstances you will choose to end a relationship - and how to recover after a breakup.

In this blog post, I’m sharing the one primary thing to focus on to help you recover and as quickly as possible after a breakup.

Let me know your thoughts and join us today at 12:30pm ET where we're going LIVE to discuss this topic and answer your questions!

Happiness. Everyone wants it and yet it remains elusive for so many. But why? Most people are waiting for a thing called happiness to strike them - not understanding why they “can’t just be happy”.

This is unfortunate because most people will resort to comparing themselves to others, accumulating achievements, or to getting external validation to affirm happiness.

If that’s been your path, a beautiful growth opportunity awaits you. One where you get to discover and define happiness for yourself once and for all.

I hope you find happiness. So I’m going to help you! Let’s get started.

What's the difference between being alone and being lonely & why do we try to avoid both?

Loneliness is an emotional state or a state of mind, whereas being alone, or solitude, is a state of being.

While many people attribute loneliness as the outcome of being alone, that is inaccurate.

Loneliness is not an exclusive outcome of being alone, it has various causes. Choosing solitude can be one of the best things you could give to yourself.

Cutting ties in any type of relationship can be difficult, both personal and business.

Usually, it’s tied to an emotionally charged situation or complex circumstances that can impact the health of your team or organization.

How do you know when it’s time to coach an employee up in hopes of getting back on track versus coaching them out of the company?

If you’ve ever had to fire someone, you know it’s tough and these situations are complex!
