I am excited to commemorate the nineteenth anniversary of Diane Meiller and Associates, Inc. (DM&A). Established in January 2006, DM&A began as a specialized boutique professional services firm focusing on Project Management, Business Analysis, and PMO implementation. Over the years, the company has evolved to encompass three key practice areas:

- Human Capital and Organizational Development
As the owner of DM&A, I have had the honor of leading a team of exceptional consultants dedicated to delivering tangible results for our clients. With a shared passion for excellence, our consultants, with backgrounds as former industry leaders, comprehend the objectives and obstacles faced by our clients. They strive to meet and exceed expectations, offering expertise in areas such as organizational strategy, change management, IT delivery and performance, compensation evaluation, and advisory solutions.
