We're looking for ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS for a House of Worship in Silver Spring, Maryland, paying $30 PER HOUR! 🔥

📍 LOCATION: Silver Spring, Maryland
💰 PAY: $30/hour
📅 SCHEDULE: Every Sunday

AVAILABLE SHIFT OPTIONS:
🕖 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🕘 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🛡️ Coverage for BOTH shifts is also available for two officers.

🚨 AFTER HOURZ SECURITY IS NOT FOR THE UNPREPARED. LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS HIRING PROCESS. 🚨

Last week, we received 30+ applications for our armed security openings. We appreciate the interest, but far too many applicants failed to follow instructions, lacked the required security gear, missed scheduled interviews, or demonstrated that they did not understand a professional hiring process.

Let's be clear: SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION IS ONLY THE FIRST STEP. FOLLOWING THROUGH IS WHAT SETS YOU APART.

After Hourz Security is growing. We have contracts to fulfill, clients to serve, and a team to build. We do not have time to chase applicants, repeatedly explain instructions that were already provided, or work around people who are not prepared to work with us.

Before you apply, READ THIS.

🛡️ 1. HAVE YOUR REQUIRED CREDENTIALS AND GEAR.

You must have an active Maryland Wear & Carry permit and an active Maryland Security Guard Card. You must also have every required uniform item listed on the flyer.

If you're applying as an armed officer, you should already own appropriate body armor. We take safety and professionalism seriously, and we expect you to do the same.

📅 2. BE AVAILABLE FOR THE SPECIFIC OPENINGS.

Read the dates and times listed on the flyer. These are the shifts we need covered.

WE ARE NOT WORKING AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE. YOU ARE APPLYING TO WORK THE SHIFTS WE HAVE AVAILABLE.

If you cannot work the listed dates and times, do not apply for these openings.

We’re looking for professional, dependable individuals who are ready to provide customer-service-focused event support, help accommodate patrons, and represent After Hourz with professionalism.
