Today, the company remains proudly family-owned and operated. Lisa Ksiazek works alongside her husband Mike, their son, and their daughter, continuing the tradition Mike's father started 66 years ago. Their close-knit team also includes longtime employees who have been with Falcon for nearly 40 years. "We are a family-owned company that my father-in-law started in 1960," Lisa said. "My husband works here, my son, my daughter, and two other employees that have been with us for 40 years."
That kind of longevity matters in a business where trust and experience go hand in hand. Falcon Lawn Sprinklers specializes in sprinkler turn-ons, winterizations, well systems, pump systems, city hookups, and irrigation service for both residential and commercial customers. While they still handle installations, their priority during the busy spring season remains taking care of longtime clients first.
Mike Ksiazek is known for his deep knowledge of irrigation systems, water pressure, pumps, and troubleshooting - expertise developed over a lifetime in the trade. According to Lisa, "He's been doing it his whole life." That experience has created lasting customer relationships throughout Oxford, Lake Orion, Rochester, Auburn Hills, Waterford, and parts of southern Lapeer County. Some customers have trusted Falcon for decades and continue requesting the same technicians year after year because they know their systems so well.
The company is also currently looking to hire a new service technician as one longtime employee prepares for retirement. Lisa says the work is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors and learning hands-on skills involving pipe fitting, electrical work, and water systems.
