I had the privilege of helping a class at LOFBC on keeping kids safe in the digital world. We covered some practical tools and Biblical wisdom for protecting the next generation as they navigate technology.

A few key takeaways we discussed:
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Kids need guidance and trust—set boundaries but keep the door open for honest conversations.
Healthy limits on screen time help protect their minds and hearts.
Parents can use simple tools (like filters and privacy settings) as an extra layer of protection. Also the options of more advanced tools to protect.
Most importantly: talk often, listen well, and model wise online behavior.

I’m grateful for the great discussion and the chance to encourage one another in this important area. Let’s keep praying for and supporting our kids as they grow up in a digital world! I also shared the two page summary sheet.

Just wrapped up a Starlink install today, and the difference was night and day!

This business was stuck using an AT&T hotspot, barely pulling 1 Mbps—downloading a single file was estimated to take 23 hours. After setting up Starlink, they connected at 100 Mbps, and that same file was downloaded in just 2 minutes.
