The 2026 harvest has officially begun! 🍇

Every year, as the first grapes of the season are harvested, our team comes together for the Blessing of the Grapes. We raise a glass, share a blessing, and toast to a safe and abundant harvest and the vintage that will come from it.

It’s a tradition that marks the beginning of one of the most exciting times of year at Colterris.

We have a full calendar of events happening across all three of our locations, but one of the biggest weeks of the month is W**e Week in Palisade, celebrating w**e, harvest season and everything that makes this time of year so special in the Grand Valley.

The week leads right into W**e Festivus, with crowd favorite The Long Run, Colorado’s tribute to the Eagles, taking the stage Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. 🎶

August Corks & Forks was a celebration of Palisade at the height of harvest season. 🍑🍷

Chef Nate Williams and Chef Jason Fang created an incredible menu centered around local produce and the flavors of the season. From apricot chowchow and peach gazpacho to confit duck with stone fruit, the Palisade harvest made its way across the menu.

Nate and Jason have created some memorable dinners with us before, and last night was no exception. Thank you to everyone who spent their Peach Fest Saturday evening around the table with us.
