When Theodore McCrow began his career, the Boeing 727 was nearing the end of production. More than four decades later, he wrapped up his career at Chromalloy, helping keep aircraft flying.
For Theodore, what made those 42 years special wasn’t just the technology or innovation. It was the people.
“The pride in what we do is unmatched, said Theodore. “Over four decades, I have experienced both great leadership and poor leadership. I consider myself incredibly fortunate that my career ends under a leadership team that gives me confidence the legacy of this company will continue to grow.”
