Crisp & Green Plans to Open Papillion Location This Sumer

Crisp & Green plans to open a third metro area location in Papillion at Midlands Place, a retail center southeast of 84th & Highway 370. The quick-serve restaurant is shooting for an August opening in a former boba tea shop. Crisp & Green’s original Omaha store is at 225 North 80th Street. The brand just opened a new store near 168th & West Center Road on April 24th. Crisp & Green has more than 45 locations nationwide

If you have a live Christmas tree, here are our locations where you can drop it off to have it recycled:

- Papio Bay Aquatic Center parking lot, 815 E. Halleck Street
- PVFD, Inc. Center parking lot, 1001 Limerick Road
- Walnut Creek Connector Trail parking lot, Schram Road and Creek Side Drive, just west of 96th Street

Trees must be free of all ornaments, bags and tree stands. Site are open through Jan. 11.

90th Street south of Schram Road has been opened up to vehicular traffic with connections into our neighborhood at Flint Drive, Summit Ridge Drive and Hardwood Drive. The posted speed limit is 35 mph with maintenance to be by Sarpy County.

Girl Scout Troop 48851 with Patriot Elementary is hosting a food drive. This will tie into a tour of a local food bank and learning how they operate and give back to our communities. Bins will be out this afternoon for people to drop off at the addressed on the flyer.
